A. We consider PayPal to be one of the safest ways for the transactions of sales. The reason we ask all those who register to have a PayPal account is so that the ART55 community can have a trustworthy relationship between buyer and seller during the payment process. A. As soon as the buyer purchases the item and they pay for the item, you get it immediately. ART55 does not hold any funds what so ever unlike many other art websites. We have no intereferance with the seller and buyers purchase transaction.
A. The featured listing option is available during the listing process. What the featured listing does, it randomly features your work on the homepage of ART55. You may not see it yourself, but it definitely will feature at some point. It is a free option so you might as well select it so it increases your chances of selling your work
A. We feel that the feedback helps to install trust with potential buyers. We understand everyone has to start with 0 feedback, so we encourage our buyers to contact the sellers with low feedback about work that they are interested in purchasing. It helps to cement that trust needed between buyer and seller.
